About
I build the systems organizations run on. Across technology, financial services, real estate, and mission-driven work, my job has stayed the same: take a messy, manual reality and turn it into clean, scalable software that people actually adopt.
I've led the full lifecycle of a multi-layer LMS and operations platform — gathering requirements, organizing delivery in GitHub, running UAT, validating deployments, and supporting users after launch. I wire together Salesforce, Power Automate, Google Cloud, Make.com, and modern AI tooling to retire manual work, and I translate executive vision into specs, SOPs, and implementation plans the whole team can move on.
I'm also a founder, a published author, and a community builder — which is just to say I care about the humans on the other side of every system I ship.
